Levre de Cuppi is a bright, fully refurbished apartment in the historic centre of Genoa, designed for comfortable stays of 14+ days.

Located in the Darsena area, right in front of the Galata Museo del Mare, the apartment is especially suitable for digital nomads, remote workers, visiting professionals, couples, or small families looking for an inspiring and practical base in the city.

The apartment combines the atmosphere of old Genoa with a clean, functional interior inspired by modern fishermen’s houses. It is arranged over two levels and offers everything needed for a longer stay, including a dedicated workspace, washing machine, equipped kitchen, and generous outdoor space.

About host

On Flatio since April 2026

I was born in Genoa and, after spending around 20 years abroad, I chose to come back and make this city my home again. I work remotely managing venture capital funds, with a strong passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and the people building new ideas. Returning to Genoa was also a personal choice: I believe the city has enormous potential and I want to contribute, in my own small way, to making its local scene more dynamic, international and connected. For me, Genoa is one of Europe’s most underrated cities: authentic, beautiful, well connected, close to the sea and mountains, and with an exceptional quality of life. Through Lévre de Cuppi, I hope to welcome digital nomads, remote workers and curious people who want to experience Genoa properly, not just visit for a weekend. Ideally, guests will stay long enough to appreciate the city’s rhythm, its neighbourhoods and its character — and perhaps even consider making Genoa their home.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
