The apartment complex Punta Azul is located in the beautiful surroundings of Tenerife, in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The complex is situated in the picturesque village of La Matanza de Acentejo.
A two-room apartment is available for rent in this complex. Both rooms feature their own private balcony (loggia) with an unforgettable view of the sea. Even a first glance from the rooms will leave you with an indescribable impression.

Zdravím vás! Jmenuji se Matej Čalfa, je mi 35 let a jsem majitelem tohoto bytu na Tenerife. Protože mě pracovní povinnosti drží většinu času v České republice a na ostrov se nedostanu tak často, jak bych si přál, rozhodl jsem se své útočiště nabídnout k pronájmu právě vám. Tento byt jsem zařizoval s láskou a s důrazem na to, aby byl dokonalým zázemím. Je situován přímo s dechberoucím výhledem na Atlantský oceán. Na své si zde přijdou jak milovníci sportu a aktivního životního stylu, tak ti, kteří hledají stoprocentní odpočinek. Protože vím, jak důležité je mít skvělé zázemí pro práci i relax, vybavil jsem byt superrychlým optickým internetem o rychlosti až 1000 Mb/s a vlastní televizí v každém pokoji. O klíče a hladký průběh vašeho příjezdu se nemusíte bát – buď vám je předám já osobně, nebo moji spolehliví lidé, kteří se mi na ostrově o byt starají a budou vám v případě potřeby k dispozici. Věřím, že v této oáze klidu načerpáte novou energii, najdete případně inspiraci pro svou práci na dálku a odvezete si nespočet skvělých zážitků. Budu moc rád, když se zde budete cítit jako doma a o byt se postaráte s láskou. Těším se na vás! Matej

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
