We would be absolutely delighted to host you in our fully renovated apartment! Located close to the center of Athens and just a short walk from a metro station.
Ιt has been decorated with extra care and love to make you feel right at home. You won't have to worry about a thing, as the apartment comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electrical appliances, fresh linens, towels, and more. We are also entirely at your disposal for any help or information you might need.
The location of the apartment is in the Dafni area of Athens. It was renovated in July 2023, measures 35 sq.m., and is situated on the 1st floor (elevator access available). The neighborhood is quiet, and you can enjoy your coffee or tea on the small but peaceful balcony. The location is perfect for exploring the center of Athens, with the "Agios Ioannis" metro station just a 4-minute walk away, and the "Dafni" metro station an 8-minute walk away. Additionally, a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes are just a few steps from your door.

My name is Stelios and I have been renting properties to guests for the past 3 years. My wife Aspasia helps me, so sometimes you will be in contact with her. We have personally designed this flat and equipped it appropriately to be as friendly as possible. We live and work nearby, so if you have any questions or need any help, you can reach us really easily. I am 46, and work as a freelancer civil engineer with flexible work schedule. My wife is a small bookshop owner and we have three young daughters and a small dog. We love pets, but unfortunately we can’t usually allow animals in our flat. We speak English fluently and would be glad to practice some other familiar languages too. We would be really happy to welcome you in our place and help you have a wonderful time here in Rethymno.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
