Elegant Athenian Experience

This newly renovated 90 m² apartment offers a refined combination of contemporary comfort and carefully preserved Bauhaus architectural character in the center of Athens. Located on the 3rd floor of a residential building in Exarcheia, designed and constructed by Kostas Voutsinas in 1937, the apartment benefits from exceptionally well-designed common areas and entrance spaces.

The apartment was carefully preserved, restored, and redesigned by Studio Ephyra and P4architecture, two internationally awarded architecture practices based in Greece, in their first joint collaboration. All furniture, partition walls, marble finishes, and marble countertops were selected and custom-designed by the two studios.

Key features include:

• Architectural Details: High ceilings throughout the apartment, 315 cm, a double-height kitchen, a double-height closet, lighting products by Luceplan, herringbone oak flooring, Italian taps in 316L stainless steel by Superinox, and carefully integrated custom joinery throughout the apartment.

• Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with custom-designed oak wood bed frames and marble details. The mattresses are anatomical, medium- irm, by Premium Strom.

• Study / Guest Room: One study space with a sofa bed that opens into a double bed, allowing the room to function also as an additional sleeping area.

• Kitchen: Kitchen with Tinian marble countertop and travertine marble island, equipped with a Whirlpool induction cooktop and oven.

• Bathroom: One bathroom with a walk-in shower, marble countertops, inwall toilet and concealed flush system, Italian tiles, and Italian taps in 316L stainless steel by Superinox. The apartment also includes a separate laundry space.

• WC: One separate WC with detailed marble finishes, in-wall taps, and inwall toilet.

• Furniture: Fully furnished with custom-made oak wood furniture, Tinian marble details, and integrated hidden storage spaces. The sofas have been custom- made specifically for the apartment, using stain-resistant and hypoallergenic fabrics.

• Balconies: Three private balconies: two facing 3rd September Street and one facing Stournari Street, with views towards the Polytechnic.

• Windows: Original solid wood window frames, carefully maintained and upgraded with A+ energy-rated triple glazing.

• Minimum lease term: 1 month.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
