A newly completed, interior designer-styled loft apartment within a Victorian townhouse in Leytonstone, East London. Bold and individual throughout, the loft has been designed and finished to a high standard with quality materials throughout.

The space comprises a double bedroom, open-plan living room with Velux skylight and Juliet balcony, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel units, red marble splashback and Nespresso machine, and a shower room with rainfall shower and fluted walnut vanity. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for a second guest.

The loft has its own lockable entrance and feels completely self-contained. All bills and fast fibre broadband are included in the price.

Leytonstone is one of East London's most characterful and well-connected neighbourhoods - a thriving independent food and drink scene, open green space on the doorstep at Wanstead Flats, and easy access to the best of the city. 3 minutes walk to the Overground (Suffragette Line) and 10 minutes to Leytonstone Underground (Central Line, Zone 3). Hackney, Clapton, Dalston and Hackney Wick are all easily reachable, and central London is within 25 minutes.

The property is owner-occupied with the host living in the main house below, ensuring attentive and responsive management throughout your stay.

The loft is accessed via the internal staircase of the main house and secured with its own lockable door at the top - guests have complete privacy once inside. The host lives in the main house below and is available if needed.

Regular cleaning is included in the price. A washing machine and dryer are available in the main house by arrangement.

Please note current photos are taken prior to full completion - a small number of finishing touches are still being made. Professional photography will follow shortly.

Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere in the property.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
