The main floor opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking every day rather than eating out, and a small living room with two sofa beds and a TV, giving you flexible space for extra guests or simply a second spot to relax. Upstairs, a cozy loft holds both the bedroom — with its own TV — and a dedicated workspace, a quiet corner with good light where you can settle into a proper work routine. A washer and dryer make daily life easy, and a private balcony plus a small garden give you a spot to have your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Despite sitting right in the heart of Chios Castle — with the port, bars, cafés, tavernas, and shops all within easy walking distance — the apartment itself is peaceful, tucked into the quiet backstreets of this historic neighborhood. Step outside and you're in the middle of it all; close the door and it's calm enough to actually focus.

A design-forward space with genuine character, comfortably fitting up to 4 guests thanks to the sofa beds, and ideal for remote workers and long-stay guests who want to live in one of the most atmospheric corners of the island.

Welcome package

Guests are welcomed with a small selection of local treats, along with tea, coffee, and sugar to get you started right away. Bottled water is provided, and the apartment comes stocked with the everyday essentials you'd otherwise need to shop for on arrival — toilet paper, kitchen roll, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, plus a laundry detergent tablet, clothespins, a laundry basin, and hangers for the washer/dryer. Bath, face, and hand towels are all provided, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for daily cooking — plates, glasses, cups, pots, and pans.

Check-in is flexible: depending on your arrival time, you'll either be welcomed in person by the host or can check in independently.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
