Nine to Trail — the name plays on the classic "nine to five", with one difference: here you finish work and head straight out onto the trail. That's exactly the rhythm we wanted to create — a day full of focus, with nature right at hand the moment you're done.

Nine to Trail is a 120 m² apartment for up to 6 guests, designed for remote workers who value quiet and closeness to nature. It sits in Wielka Wieś near Kraków (15 minutes from the centre), in the heart of the Kraków Valleys (Dolinki Podkrakowskie), right by the hiking trails and close to Ojców National Park.

We've set the interior up so you can truly work in comfort: two fully equipped workstations with height-adjustable sit-stand desks, extra monitors, ergonomic chairs, and fast fibre-optic internet (890 Mbps). Guests have a living room with a comfortable sofa, a small library, board games and a TV, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a king-size double bed plus an additional single bed. There's also a fold-out armchair as an extra bed. On top of that, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and washing machine, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden and surrounding greenery.

The apartment is wrapped in a quiet you won't find in the city — perfect for focusing between meetings. After work, just step outside to hit the trail: the nearest one starts 300 m from the door, with easy access to the valleys and the sights of Ojców. The surrounding limestone rocks are one of the best climbing areas in Poland — if you climb, the crags and rock formations of the Valleys are practically on your doorstep. Central Kraków is just 15 minutes away by car, so getting to a meeting in town or an evening out is effortless.

On-site there's a private, dedicated parking space. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants, shopping centres, gyms and other conveniences. Nine to Trail is a self-contained, fully equipped apartment where you feel right at home.

At the start of your stay we prepare a set of fresh, ironed linen and towels for each guest. The apartment is fully self-contained — with no reception or hotel-style service — so you have complete privacy and space to yourself. We're reachable by phone and happy to help whenever you need.

Welcome package

On arrival, a fully prepared, self-contained apartment is waiting for you. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. You'll collect the keys yourself from a code-operated lockbox by the entrance — we'll send you the code and detailed instructions the day before arrival, so you can arrive at any time without waiting for anyone.

Inside you'll find a clean interior, a full set of fresh linen and towels, and workstations ready to go. You can leave your car in the private, dedicated parking space by the apartment. All the practical information (Wi-Fi, our contact details, directions) is also available in the apartment. If you have any questions, we're reachable by phone.

We're a family of professionals: he's an IT specialist working remotely, she's a professional photographer — so we know exactly what comfortable, distraction-free remote work takes. We value the balance between focus and rest, which is why we set this place up just the way we'd want to find it ourselves. We've made sure you can truly get work done here — desks with a sit-stand option, extra monitors, ergonomic chairs, and fast fibre-optic internet. Add to that quiet surroundings, room to concentrate, and a view that helps you catch your breath between meetings. Our guests' reviews confirm that Nine to Trail is the perfect place to focus on work and then quickly head out to the trails or into the city. After hours, you only have to step outside to find yourself on the trails of the Kraków Valleys (Dolinki Podkrakowskie), near Ojców National Park — and Kraków is within easy reach whenever you fancy something more. We know the area inside out and are happy to point you to good food, the best spots to work over a proper coffee, and the trails worth seeing. We speak Polish and English, and we're here whenever you need us — while always respecting your privacy and space to focus.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
