Our fully equipped, bright studio apartment is situated in the 12th district, close to MOM Park, TFSE and Szell Kalman Ter, away from the main tourist hubs. The area is residential and calm but still extremely well connected, just a few minutes from tram 59 and buses 102, 105, and 112. Déli Pályaudvar and MOM Park are within easy walking distance.
The apartment features a gallery bedroom, which sleeps two, and also a pull out single sofa bed. Further, there is an authentic Japanese futon mattress (stored in the cupboard) should it be required.
Refurbishment of the studio took place 18 months ago, so it has a nice, fresh and contemporary feel.
There are a selection of good restaurants, parks, coffee places and sports facilities nearby and we have the added bonus of a large communal balcony at the property, which can be accessed from the floor below. The apartment does not have its' own private balcony.
The kitchen is also equipped with extras like a coffee grinder, a rice cooker, an air fryer, a steam press and clothes hanging rail.
The windows have both insect nets and light blocking shutters.
A new washing machine was installed in September 2026, along with new door and security bar locks. The bed mattress is also new.
One.hu home gigabit internet service at the apartment delivers great download speeds over fiber (FTTH) or high-speed cable infrastructure, making it very fast and well-suited for 4K streaming, online gaming, and heavy multi-device usage.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
