Транспорт: вокзал Термини находится в 12 минутах ходьбы — оттуда легко добраться поездом в любую точку Италии. Колизей — в 20 минутах пешком, университет Сапиенца — всего в 7 минутах.

Полезно знать: здание сохраняет подлинный, обжитой характер, типичный для исторического центра Рима — некоторые видимые следы возраста на фасаде являются частью настоящего Рима, а не открыточной версии. Внутри каждое помещение было тщательно отреставрировано и обставлено.

По прибытии вы найдёте квартиру полностью готовой и уютной. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым для завтрака, а итальянская эспрессо-машина готова к использованию. В ванной комнате вас ждут зубные щётки и паста, гигиенические принадлежности, антисептик для рук, а также тщательно подобранные шампунь, гель для душа и кондиционер — никакой обезлички, только то, чем мы пользовались бы сами.

Постельное бельё стирается лично мной: с использованием бережно подобранных мягких средств, без отбеливателя и агрессивной химии, при этом оно всегда безупречно чистое и свежее.

Я вложила в это столько внимания, потому что именно такой приём я сама хотела бы получить, бронируя жильё.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
