Our Cape Plantations apartment offers a luxurious experience within walking distance to shops, cafes and the buzzing Kloof Street.
Enjoy the sunshine and expansive views from the shared patio, or unwind in the comfortable lounge. There is a full kitchen with separate scullery.
The bedrooms are en-suite with top thread count linen, extra blankets for comfort, fans and heaters.

Welcome package

This sunny and warm Heritage home is the quintessential modern style of old world living. With space for one parking behind an automated gate there is a short climb to the first floor where you enter the apartment through a beautifully designed security gate. Your entrance to flat No 2 is on the left hand side of the shared patio, although you are bound to be distracted by the views first!
The sense of space will be your first impression as you unlock the door to the 3m high ceilings and big heritage windows. With a clean white-styled kitchen and comfortable furniture, you will feel at home.
From there you will be lead down to the bedrooms which are en-suite and designed to maximise the view of the city skyline.

Cleaning is included (twice weekly 9:00 - 13:00) for basic apartment cleaning and linen change if required. Laundry can be arranged with the housekeeper at your own costs if assistance with washing and ironing are needed.
Cape Plantations is based in Cape Town and available telephonically should you need anything.
The apartment is completely secure and private, with only the patio being shared by the adjacent apartment. Please note no persons other than those specified in the booking are allowed on the premises and there is a strict no party policy.
This is in a Heritage Building with a "no noise after 10pm" Body Corporate Rule.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
