Welcome to our lovely 29 m2 apartment in an old Budapest building, combining the charm of a historic home with modern, comfortable furnishings.

The apartment is ideal for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy dining area, washing machine, reliable internet and a dedicated workspace — perfect if you need to work during your trip.

The location is one of its biggest advantages. The 4/6 tram, one of Budapest’s most useful tram lines, is just a 2-minute walk away, giving you easy access to many parts of the city. Metro lines M2 and M3 are only a few tram stops away, while Margaret Island is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The HÉV suburban railway is even closer.

The neighborhood is lively and pleasant, with plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, a cinema showing art-house films, a library and green parks all within easy reach. You can enjoy the atmosphere of Budapest without having to spend your whole day travelling around the city.

It is a great base for exploring Budapest, but also a lovely place to slow down, have a coffee, work for a few hours or simply enjoy a quiet evening at home.

Hi, I’m Szilvia, and happy to welcome you to my Budapest home! 😊 I love travelling and discovering new places, so I know from personal experience how much it matters to have a comfortable place to come home to somewhere that feels a little more personal than just a place to sleep. That is exactly the kind of experience I’d like to offer my guests. I personally chose and designed the apartment, paying attention to the little details that make a space feel both beautiful and comfortable. I love harmonious, thoughtfully designed interiors, but for me, a home also has to be practical and easy to live in. That’s why the apartment has a comfortable dining area, a dedicated workspace and everything you need for a longer stay. As I don’t spend all my time in Budapest, there is a local person who helps manage the apartment and is available if you need assistance during your stay. I’m also happy to help whenever I can and want to make your arrival and stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I believe that a good rental experience works both ways: **you should feel at home, while also taking good care of the home you’re staying in.** In return, I’ll do my best to make sure you have a clean, welcoming and thoughtfully prepared place to stay. And since I’m a passionate traveler myself, I especially enjoy welcoming people from different countries and cultures. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
