KK Athens Fine Stay is a newly renovated, elegantly furnished 35 m² apartment for two in Neos Kosmos. It is directly opposite Agios Ioannis Metro Station, three stops from Acropolis Station, and a 10-minute drive from Alimos Beach. Located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator, it has a private balcony and access to a shared rooftop terrace with Acropolis views, outdoor seating and sun loungers.
The bright apartment includes air conditioning, free 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a workspace, and dining and sitting areas. Its fully equipped kitchen has espresso and filter coffee machines, a hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, electric mixer and built-in washing machine. Tap water is drinkable. The bedroom has a Sealy Vermont mattress, hypoallergenic pillows, quality linens and dimmable bedside lights. Toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board are also provided.
The peaceful neighbourhood has cafés, restaurants, a bakery two minutes away, a supermarket three minutes away and 24-hour convenience stores. Athens Metro Mall is five minutes away by metro. The Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Monastiraki, museums and other major sights are easy to reach by public transport. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
