The apartment is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained, two-storey building constructed in 2010, with lift access.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and TV cabinet. The double bedroom features two wardrobes, while the bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. There is also a separate storage room with a washing machine, storage cabinet and microwave.
The living area is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The building has a central heating system, with individual temperature control from the apartment.
Location and Transport
Bus route 79 stops approximately 50 metres from the building, while Abbiategrasso metro station (M2 – Green Line) can be reached on foot or by bus.
Supermarkets, pharmacies and other essential neighbourhood services are easily accessible.
The Milanofiori shopping area in Assago and the Fiordaliso shopping centre in Rozzano are just a short drive away.
Free street parking is available nearby.
