Apartment is a part of a boutique tourist farm where unspoilt nature, a homely atmosphere and the most popular excursions of the Northern Slovenia meet. Nestled between the famous Logar Valley and Velika Planina, by the Savinja River and with views of Mount Raduha and the extinct Komen volcano, you will find a place for relaxation, active holidays, exploration and authentic experiences.
From our farm you will find many walking, hiking or cycling trails in nature.
In the area there is also a Ski resort- Golte, within 15 min reach or cross country tracks - within 30 min reach.
A perfect getaway if you want to be active or relax in the nature, enjoy fresh air and stunning views.
Our guests have also bicycles available for free- also for kids.
Our tourist farm Kolar has a review of 9.6 (out of 10) or higher, for already 10+ years. Because of hospitality, beautiful landscape and peaceful environment.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is in the 1st floor- there is one more studio in the same floor. In the apartment there is a kitchen, dinning area, living area with a sofa, bedroom with double and one single bed and a TV and a bathroom with shower. The views from the apartment have mountain scenery. There is also a balcony in the same floor with chairs and a desk for a lovely coffee or a meal on fresh air and sun.

GARDEN
infront of the tourist farm there is a big garden and plenty of space for relaxation, with loungers and a hammock. There is also an outdoor kitchen, for cooking and eating, BBQ equipment. On the garden there is also a kids playground and plenty of toy tools. The place is safe, quiet - no main street near and with beautiful views.
We also have 2 large gardens, where we produce organic food, which we offer to the guests from time to time. We also have plenty of fruit trees, which you are welcome to pick. On the farm, you can also find spring water.
Outdoor you can also find our animals - rabbits, chicken, a friendly dog and a cat- which you can pet or feed from time to time.
HALLWAY
In the hallway, you will find tourist information about Ljubno and the surrounding area, as well as displays showcasing the traditional heritage of Ljubno.

PLEASE NOTE
Our apartments are located in a traditional building and are not completely soundproof, so some sounds from other apartments may occasionally be audible. The windows have Venetian blinds, which do not provide complete blackout, so some natural light may enter the rooms in the morning.
For this reason, the accommodation may not be the best choice for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or light. We prefer to mention this in advance so that every guest can choose the accommodation that best suits their needs.
PETS
We accept dogs in case they are well trained, don't bark excessively and get well with other animals on the farm and little kids - because of safety of other guests.
They are not allowed to sleep on the bed or couch and there is an extra cleaning fee to pay at the end.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Market is 5 min walking distance. Supermarket is 15 min driving distance. Restaurants are 5- 10 min walking distance.
In the neighbourhood there are also plenty of cafe's, bars, etc. A post office, a bank, petrol station (all 5 min walking distance).
Plenty of walking paths (also next to the river and the lake), hiking paths; in the forest or with stunning views, cycling trails, ...
We are surrounded with plenty of farms - this offers option to buy local (meat, milk products, veggies, ...).
In the area you can find museums that showcase local traditions, concerts from time to time, ...
We are close to larger cities (Celje, Velenje, Ljubljana)- they are all 1 hour away with car.
We also have public transport (bus) - the bus station is 5 min walking distance from the farm.
There are plenty of adventure activities also for kids (adrenaline park, fairytale land in the forest, playgrounds, ...)

Nice to meet you! :) I am Anja and I lhave been hosting since my studies, when I started hosting Couchsurfers and I have hosted since- at home, where we have a tourist farm, volunteers from Workaway, etc. I love growing, meeting new people/experiences. I am into Yoga, psychology and mindfulness. For work I also help empower women in building connection with themselves and trusting themselves. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
