A ground-floor flat in La Trinidad, fully renovated in December 2025, an 8-minute walk from Calle Larios and the Cathedral. You enter through an Andalusian courtyard, and inside you have your own private patio for breakfast outdoors or to keep your bikes safe.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed for two more people, a TV and a table where you can work on your laptop, with WiFi throughout. Heat-pump air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, cool in summer and warm in winter.
A kitchen set up for real cooking, with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, plus washing machine, iron and ironing board, which make all the difference on a stay of several weeks. Towels and bed linen included.
Please note: this is an interior flat with little natural light. In return it stays cool and very quiet, and you sleep well here. The bathroom is compact and hot water comes from an electric water heater.
La Trinidad has long-time neighbours, local bars and local prices. Mercadona is 5 minutes away and a late-opening supermarket 3 minutes away. The Picasso Museum is a 10-minute walk, Malagueta beach about 18 minutes and María Zambrano station about 20. Parking in the area is difficult, with paid car parks nearby.
Ideal for remote workers, a work assignment or a Spanish course in Málaga. Utilities are included. Self check-in. No smoking and no parties. Pets welcome. Free cot on request.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Flexible (14-days)
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
