This stylishly furnished 55 m² apartment offers two separate rooms, two private terraces and modern comfort, with great attention to detail.
The interior features designer flooring with a concrete look, floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace doors made from white-oiled oak, as well as high-quality curtains and cushions by textile designer Jeanet Hönig. Beautifully restored upholstered vintage chairs and carefully selected accessories create a welcoming atmosphere. Underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth throughout the apartment.
The living and sleeping room features a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (180 cm wide), a wardrobe, a cosy reading corner with two armchairs and a flat-screen TV.
The separate kitchen and living area includes a sofa bed, an extendable white wooden dining table and upholstered vintage chairs.
The fully equipped Zeyko kitchen offers a four-burner hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and all essential kitchen utensils.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower. A private washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, LAN connections and additional household appliances are also provided.
Both rooms offer direct access to two furnished private terraces overlooking the beautifully landscaped communal garden with a natural swimming pool. A Finnish sauna is also available for shared use by the residents of our two apartments.
The apartment is available fully furnished from 3 November to 31 March, with a minimum rental period of one month.
Quiet Location near Lake Constance – Bodman-Ludwigshafen, Germany
The apartment is located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, at the western end of Lake Constance, in a quiet, sunny residential neighbourhood on a south-west-facing hillside.
Lake Constance and its beautiful lakeside promenade are just approximately 600 metres away. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, a pharmacy, banks, a small fitness studio and the local railway station are all within walking distance.
Walking, hiking and cycling trails begin directly behind the property. The nearby Aachried nature reserve offers further opportunities to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Ludwigshafen (Bodensee) railway station is within walking distance, with train connections towards Radolfzell, Überlingen and Friedrichshafen, as well as onward connections via Singen towards Stuttgart and Switzerland.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
