"Third time's a charm." Third time in this apartment. All was good, except it needs a new sofa. The cover is torn and coming off. Everything else is great. Very well equipped and spacious. We love the location.

Love being close to the park for daily walking. Close to metro and trams.

We were 3 Erasmus students living in this apartment for 5 months. Overall we were very happy with the apartment & would recommend it. Perfect location! The landlord helped when we had some troubles.

Vinohrady is a trendy area with colorful houses and restaurants/cafes, very pleasant! There is a beautiful park with views over Prague right next to the apartment. Close to the center but not too close so it's calmer and more safe.

This was our second stay in Balbinova 27. It is a very spacious, well-equipped flat for an extended visit. We love the location, as is close to public transportation and even the main train station. Old Town and the river are within walking distance, as we love to walk. There is a beautiful park one block away.
The only problem we had during this visit was the renovation going on under and beside our apartment. There was very loud drilling and hammering from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM six days a week for several weeks! It certainly detracted from our overall experience. But, we realize the landlord has no control over that. But, it was very disturbing. We will definitely stay there again on future Prague visits.

Overall loved the flat for our month-long stay, but owner was not responsive to needs/requests/questions.

Na to, že se být nachází v centru Prahy, tak je tam klid. Máte to max. 5 minut na procházku do Riegrových sadu a zároveň přibližně stejnou dobu na Václavské náměstí.
