A stylishly renovated, well-equipped apartment made for easy living, whether you’re here to unwind or to work, solo or with your loved ones. It fits everyone's needs!

The space features two balconies — one set up for dining, the other for relaxing and enjoying your morning cup of coffee, whether American-style brewed with a drip machine or Italian-style made with a moka pot. Inside, you’ll find two smart TVs with various streaming apps installed, a large dining table with cushioned chairs and a dedicated office area with fast fibre internet (500/100 Mbps). There’s also a comfortable reading corner with an adjustable armchair and books in several languages and a record player with a selection of vintage vinyls for quieter evenings. The kitchen is generously stocked to make full use of the large dishwasher and the bathroom features a washing machine and a bidet shower. The floors stay sand-free thanks to an automatic hoover which you can run daily with a single press of a button.

The apartment is located in a well-kept, green condominium. On site, there are two swimming pools (for adults and children) with sunbeds and straw umbrellas, a gym, and private parking. A dirt path from the complex leads directly to the beach, and a casual brunch café operates on the premises outside the winter season.

Travelling with family or friends?
- The sofa bed in the living room converts into a 140 × 200 cm double bed, suitable for two children or adults. It is comfortable and easy to set up. See “How to open and close Ikea Vimle” on YouTube.
- The living room/kitchen area can be closed off from the rest of the apartment with a door for privacy. Curtains between the kitchen and living room provide additional separation.
- When traveling with a baby, a cot with bedding, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath are provided.
- Small, well-behaved pets are welcome for 2 weeks minimum stays in winter season for an additional €50 cleaning fee.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
