Newly renovated one-bedroom apartment is located in a residential area of Prague district Nusle. Near the apartment you will find Vyšehrad with Neo-gothic Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. Adjacent park with beautiful views of the river is a favorite place of Prague residents who come here to relax from the bustle of the city. In five minutes you get to the Congress Centre in Prague, where you can visit a conference, exhibition or other social event. In the surroundings, you discover the large park Folimanka with a sports hall of the same name.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Three-minute walk takes you to the tram 2, 3, 5, 7, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 52 and 53, the red line metro C can be reached in five minutes. The city-center is 10 minutes away.
In the vicinity of the flat are restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, ATM, library or tennis courts.

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a new central heating is decorated in bright colors, and therefore has a spacious feel. In the living room is waiting for you a comfortable sofa from which you can watch TV on the opposite wall. Kitchenette in green is very well equipped for daily use. While cooking, you will appreciate an electric hob, oven or microwave. In the morning you can prepare a cup of coffee in the coffeemaker. In the bedroom stands beneath a large window with blackout blinds a double bed, where you can rest your eyes. For a complete comfort there are prepared towels and bed linen.
The bright bathroom has a large shower, toilet is separate. A washing machine stands in the hallway.

With the landlord you can arrange cleaning of the apartment for a fee.

Me trvale bydliste je v soucasne dobe Britanie, a do Cech se vracim temer kazdy mesic za zabavou a praci. Zarizovani a pronajimani bytu v Praze je muj konicek a 'vedlejsak', a pracuji na tom s kolegyni Michaelou, ktera zije Praze.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and in a nice area of Prague. Michal and Fabio were excellent hosts, very hospitable, available at all moment and with a lot of useful tips about the city. I can only say positive things about my stay.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
