You are welcome in our beautiful, fully furnished, well equipped studio apartment in the inner IX.th district, very near to many Universities and Office Building area.
A comfortable double bed, fast Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning are available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
Parking is free around this building (in few streets, not everywhere), but can park your car in a cheap parking court just in the corner or you can even rent a garage for your car in the building.
The apartment overlooking the very quiet, beautiful inner garden.
You only need to bring your toothbrush (seriously, there are bed linen, towels, plates, glasses . ..everything).
There are television, micro, oven, caffe machine, washing mashine etc...in the apartment. Everything what makes your accomondation comfortable
You can reach the beautiful city center by the one of the most spectacular tramline in few minutes.
The public transportation opportunities are great. You can reach with few min. walking the 2, 4-6, 51, 24-es tram lines, buses, night buses, HÉV. and the Fővám tér, Népstadion or Nagyvárad tér metró stations.
The apartment is close to many universities: SOTE, BME, ELTE, CORVINUS, Közszolgálati Egyetem.
INFO-park, National teather, Művészetek Palotája, Budapest Park., and the beautiful Kopaszi-Gát are just walking distance.
There are parks (jogging rack), fitness center, Lurdy Shopping MALL, more supermarkets and resíurants around.
There are a groccery store, a hairdresser, a cafe and a restaurant in the building.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Strict (30-days)
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
