The flat is really well renovated in the central location. It's modern and very nice. You have elevator there which is great.
The windows are for one of the busiest streets in the city with trams, buses, taxis which are stopping just next your window.
During the night your sleep will be stopped but people who are going/coming back from the parties in the neigborhood.
There is no AC in the apartment.
Enter to the WC is via one room - so if someone is sleeping in the room is complicated to use the WC.

It's a busy part of the city with many clubs, restaurants, it's central location close to Cais de Sodre which is great communicated with other part of the city and closest cities.

Staying in this flat was an amazing experience. Great location, fast wifi, and, most of all, extremely helpful and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and has all the cooking appliances you could need, plus there is a washer/dryer!
