With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious and airy while remaining cozy, offering a wonderful place to relax. There are two sleeping options: a comfortable double bed on the upper level and a sofa bed on the lower level, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, sink, toilet, and a washer-dryer. The terrace provides a peaceful spot where you can enjoy your morning coffee, drinks, or meals. A free private garage parking space is included with your stay. Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 2.1 m, and vehicles powered by LPG are not permitted in the garage.
The apartment is located in Karlín, one of Prague's trendiest and fastest-growing neighborhoods, known for its unique blend of historic architecture, modern design, and vibrant local atmosphere. The area is filled with excellent cafés, award-winning restaurants, bakeries, wine bars, and beer gardens, making it a favorite among both locals and visitors. You'll also find beautiful green spaces such as Vítkov Hill and the riverside promenades, perfect for a morning run or an evening walk. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, the city center, Old Town, Wenceslas Square, and many of Prague's most famous attractions can be reached within minutes, while those who enjoy walking can reach the historic center in around 25–30 minutes.

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlarská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Mesto, Prague 1). It is open NON-STOP. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR
- 00:00 - 01:00: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

Very nice apartment. Great location, not far from city centre (30 min walking or 3 tram stops), tram stop and metro is near, nice neighbourhood with a supermarket and many cafes/restaurants there.
The equipment of the apartments was ok, except for minor details. Personally for our couple it was inconvenient not to have a microwave and a parking space.
Communication with a host was perfect.
Neighborhood
It’s a lovely neighbourhood with popular hipster cafes and restaurants, also there are very good Asian restaurants.
Tram, bus stop and metro is near the apartment. Besides, the bus station Florence and supermarkets which are working till 23:00 are in 15 min walking or 1 tram stop from the apartment.

Muj salek kavy for the breakfast and coffee. Eska restaurant and bakery. Sangam Indian restaurant.
