Hello and welcome! Thank you for considering Casa da Cerca for your stay. We are Paula and José, a Portuguese couple who love travelling, discovering new places and exploring the world in our campervan. After many years living and working in Lisbon, we decided to embrace a slower, more meaningful lifestyle in the Portuguese countryside, where we enjoy being closer to nature and living a healthier life. Casa da Cerca is a very special place for our family. We created it with love as our holiday home in beautiful Ferragudo, a place where we could relax, reconnect and enjoy everything the Algarve has to offer. Today, we are delighted to share it with guests from all over the world who are looking for a peaceful home by the sea—whether for a holiday, remote work or a longer stay. Hosting is more than a business for us; it is our way of welcoming people and sharing this wonderful corner of Portugal. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
