Nice, upscale neighborhood with very easy access to the city centre.
Typica (coffee shop), U Bansethu (pivovar/restaurant), Baretta (bar/pizzeria), the coffee kiosk in the square across the street, the camera shop across the street, the potraviny by the tram (they're really nice)
Train station is 1 minute walk from the apartment

In the whole four months that I spent in the apartment I felt very welcome and at home.
Everything necessary was available in the apartment. I also liked the location very much.
During the Corona lookdown in Prague I could recover very well in the apartment and did not feel restricted.
I was able to successfully complete my semester abroad during this time and I was able to find a second home for the time I spend in Prague. Many thanks for the opportunity and the good accommodation.
Transportation as well as restaurants and shops are very close to the apartment and you only have to walk a few steps. Everything is easily accessible and there is a wide choice.
I loved to go to the flea market which is a little bit away from the city but an impressive trip for the weekend.
Sarka is a wonderful landlady. From the signing of the contract, the rental period to the end of the lease, everything went very well. She always tried to make sure that everything is in order and helped me with questions. Besides, she was always available.
I would choose the apartment every time again.
The area of the apartment is extremely safe. There are several trams in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, with which you can reach the city centre or the Charles Bridge, for example. There are also several restaurants, bars, cafés, ATMs, kiosks, grocery stores and drugstores in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
I would particularly recommend Vyšehrad and the Havlicek Gardens. Both are within walking distance from the apartment.
