This one bedroom apartment can be found in the most beautiful part of Prague called Vinohrady.
Near the house dating from 1182, you will find many beautiful corners. Nearby you can find Havlíčkovi Orchards, which surround renaissance Villa Gröbe, with picturesque views over the city.
In the neighborhood you will also find the D21 theater and the Municipal Library in Prague, the Church of St. Ludmila is only 5 minutes away. The neo-Gothic gem is located on the Square of Peace, where you will find the underground line A.
If you will walk in the opposite direction from the apartment, you will get to the underground line C (I.P.Pavlova).
Get to the tram stop (6, 11, 13, 56) is even easier, you can take the tram only a minute after you lock the door behind you.
In the surroundings you will also discover restaurants, bars and cafes, ATM or food stores. The post office and pharmacy is also very close.

In this apartment you will feel like visiting your loving grandma. Rooms with high ceilings, old tiles, large windows- out of which you can feel the nostalgia!
The largest room in the apartment is definitely bedroom, where could possible sleep up to four people. You will find there four single beds.
Two windows illuminate the room, where under them stands small table with two chairs. Over here you can reading a newspaper in the morning.
From the bedroom you can walk into the dining room with wooden table, where you can also find a kitchen with white kitchen unit and patterned tiles.
With the production of a fabulous lunch or dinner will help you the electric hob with oven and the hood.
A bathroom with a spacious shower artfully conceals the red curtain. The toilet is separated, the way there you need to walk down the hall with large windows to the courtyard.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
