Apartment itself is situated at the first floor and features 2 lovely bedrooms with very comfortable double beds, spacious living room and state-of-art fully equipped kitchen. There is also the bathroom with walk-in shower incl. steam bath function in the apartment; the whole bathroom is made of high quality marble and is designed to provide absolute relax and enjoyment. The both bedrooms are facing courtyard of the house and therefore regardless the apartments location in the rush historical center of Prague are very quiet. The whole apartment has been recently redesigned to meet the highest standards and demands of the modern living. During this renovation were uncovered original paintings and patterns of the walls from the 19th century to complement unique combination of modern style with historical elements. Wonderfully spacious and equipped kitchen with adjoined dining area completes the highlights of this apartment.

To help you with your first steps in Prague, I can organize the airport/train/bus station pickup for you, which is free of charge if you stay for 14 nights and more. Please note that this offer is valid for the route to the apartment only.

Apartment rent includes all utility costs (gas, electricity, garbage disposal etc.), the rental also includes set of towels and toiletries.The maid service is available for an extra charge.

Dobrý den, velmi mě těší Váš zájem o pobyt v našem krásném městě, v Praze! Pracuji se skupinou mladých nadšených lidí a společně pronajímáme několik apartmánů v centru Prahy. Mám opravdu mnoho zkušeností z cestovního ruchu, protože v něm pracuji již pátým rokem. Proto jsem schopná Vám doporučit spoustu skvělých a zajímavých kaváren, restaurací a tajným míst, která znají pouze místní. Je to má vášeň (a také vášeň mého týmu) poznávat nové lidi, kultury a vyhledávat zajímavé zážitky každý den. S pomocí mého týmu se skutečně snažíme, aby byl každý pobyt našich hostů nezapoměntuelným zážitkem. Neváhejte se proto zeptat na cokoliv, jsem k dispozici 24 hodin denně. Doufám, že se brzy potkáme v Praze!

Great communication with with the owner/management from the very start. They were very accommodating, flexible, and reacted almost immediately to any of our asks. This was my first experience with Flatio and thanks to the way the business was conducted, I would use them again for a long term stay.

Neighborhood
Buzzing and busy. A stone throw away from the river bank and beautiful sceneries. Right on one of the center hubs for public transportation. Perfect location for Prague first timers.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
