In the apartment you´ll find spacious common area consists of living room with portable sofa bed and big TV set, well equipped kitchen and dining area. Private cozy bedroom has double bed. There is also spacious, modern bathroom where you´ll also find shower corner, and separated toilet. Apartment has nice and sunny terrace with great view. If you smoke, you can smoke here. Flat is very modern, luxury and newly furnished. It´s located on the 4th floor.
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
AREA
The nearest metro stop Krizikova is around 250 metres away, tram stop Krizikova is even closer - just in front of the apt :) Both tram and metro will take you to the city center in few minutes (3 stops and you are in very central area). If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to Krizikova stop (1 minute) or tram also to Krizikova (2 minutes). If you arrive by train, you take metro line C, change at Florenc to line B and get off at Krizikova. It takes around 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 30 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
HOW TO GET AROUND
You will be in New Town, well located, very near the city center. The area is safe, clean and quiet. All the touristic attractions are easily reachable by public transport within a few minutes. If you come to the city by bus, main bus station Florenc is very close to the apartment. In the area you´ll find many restaurants, cafes and bars as well as many grocery stores. Supermarket Albert is situated 5 minutes by foot on street Krizikova.

You get Flatio support for the whole duration of your rent.
Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
All the properties listed on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and Wi-Fi included. In rare cases, a property may not offer Wi-Fi – this is always clearly stated on the listing page.
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Basic principles of Flatio lease agreement

Transparency and simplicity. We are the only operator in the market to offer a single lease agreement for everything.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.
Please note that the deposit is a full substitute for the Stay Benefits plan. Therefore, this plan that includes extra liability and assistance service insurance won’t be applied to this booking.
Nevertheless, rest assured that you will continue to be covered under our standard StayProtection package, only with the Stay Benefits excluded.

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
