Do not miss the opportunity to stay in our lovely new studio right next to newly built business centre Vlněna. Part of the studio is also a private garden/terrace.

This accommodation provides everything that you need during your stay in Brno. It is located on the ground floor of a new building on a calm oneway street while it is only 3 minutes by walk to the shopping centre Vaňkovka or Main Train Station.

The flat can accommodate up to 2 persons. It consists of a hall, bathroom, living room and the private garden/terrace. It is a smaller apartment but practically furnished. In the living room there is a comfortable folding sofa (for two persons), TV, cabinet, dining table with chairs and fully equiped kitchenette where even a coffee machine is not missing. The hall is furnished with a shoe cabinet, space for luggage and coats and also a wardrobe. In the bathroom you can find, except a toilet and washbasin, a spacious shower enclosure, cabinet and an outlet for a washing machine. Although there is no washing machine in the apartment, there is a modern laundry room in the building where you can wash and dry your laundry for a charge. WIFI connection is a matter of course!

All the civic amenities are accessible by walk, you can be in the city centre within few minutes. To travel through Brno, you may get a tram from nearby tram stop Uzka, or you may use car as street Dornych is a part of small beltway from where it is no problem to continue to highways D1 or D2.

I rented for 14 days but i was allowed to stay only 13 nights
The charge for final cleaning was too high
