Casa con encanto, diseño y todo lo necesario para estancias largas. Chimenea con leña de encina para armonizar las veladas, colchones de calidad y vestida de algodón natural 100x100. Disfruta de la pureza del aire en la naturaleza a tan solo 35 minutos del centro de Sevilla. Una combinación de maravilla.

Bienvenidos a Sevilla, soy una mujer emprendedora sanitaria de profesión, empecé hace 6 meses en otras plataformas y he tenido muy buena aceptación con lo que cada día estoy más contenta y realizada puesto que escogí de joven la carrera de Turismo, me gusta la decoración, la calidad y el bienestar. Los detalles me apasionan para los que hacen falta trabajo y dedicación. Esta casa es la última que he incorporado y la primera que compartiré en Flatio también incluiré mis otros dos apartamentos pues el apartamento de mi vida desde que tenía 26 años es el que me impulsó en esta aventura, pues tenía que compartirlo con el mundo. Sin duda mi ilusión y entrega hicieron posible que fuera creciendo. Gracias por su interés, estaré encantada de recibirles si deciden elegir algúno de mis alojamientos. You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

Если сервисный сбор для вашего следующего бронирования меньше суммы ваучера, мы выдадим вам новый ваучер на оставшуюся сумму, действительный в течение 12 месяцев.
