T0 apartment on the ground floor of a house in the Moinhos do Mar Urbanization.
It has Sea View, with wi-fi, television, hob, oven, dishwasher and clothes. Storage area for surfboards and with good sun exposure.
Nice studio for surfers who want to be close to the best beaches in Ericeira.
Here you can walk to the center, about a 5-minute walk to the beach, terraces or skatepark.
The apartment has a double bed. Wardrobe, private bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your stay as well as a mini ironing board and iron.
Ideal studio to relax after surfing, it also has TV and WiFi, dining table and sea view.
Here you will be in a privileged location, in a private condominium, about 200 meters from the slaughterhouse and São Sebastião beaches.

Welcome package

Upon arriving at the accommodation, the guest will be greeted by a member of the Alojoeste team.
Upon check-in, you will be presented with a welcome kit that includes wine, water and some typical cakes from the region. In addition, you will also have available toilet paper, napkins, kitchen roll, dish sponge, tablets for the dishwasher and clothes (only for the first days of your stay).

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
