Our wonderful residence is located near the Vienna central station. You can reach our location from the central station with the metro line U1 to stop “Troststrasse” and from there it is just 3 minutes walk to the apartment. This apartment comes with a welcoming kitchen and dining area, a gentle living room and bedroom. There are one bed and a nice couch which provides a space for an additional guest. This place is suitable for 4 people. The kitchen has all the essential items one need for cooking. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, dishes for eating and cooking, all are available in there. Moreover, you will have free access to WiFi, towels for each guest, comfy bedsheet, hairdryer, iron and many other things you might need during your stay. Also, there are many grocery stores just on the other side of the street. Next to the parking place is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and costs just EUR 4/day. Above all, most of the attractions in Vienna are very easily accessible from this location with the metro line.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Если вы отмените бронирование 7 дней или более до даты заезда, вам будет возмещена полная первая арендная плата.
Если вы отмените бронирование за 48 часов до даты заезда, вы получите возмещение в размере половины первой арендной платы.
Если вы отмените бронирование менее чем за 47 часов до даты заезда, вы не получите возмещение первой арендной платы.
Плата за обслуживание возмещается всегда.
Если вы отправляете сообщение в службу поддержки Flatio с просьбой отменить бронирование («отмену с даты начала») в течение 48 часов после того, как договор аренды вступит в силу, вы имеете право вернуть все деньги, которые вы заплатили за плату за услугу.
По истечении 48 часов вы имеете право на возмещение платы за обслуживание в виде «ваучера», равного сумме уплаченной вами платы за обслуживание. Ваучер можно использовать для следующего бронирования, он действителен в течение 12 месяцев. Если сервисный сбор для вашего следующего бронирования меньше суммы ваучера, мы выдадим вам новый ваучер на оставшуюся сумму, действительный в течение 12 месяцев.
