We loved it! The flat has a lot of light from the windows, beach is 5min walk and each evening sunset watching on the cliffs were just beautiful! the only thing we really hoped to have is a vacuum cleaner as we have kids and everyday sandy toes even in winter . but overall everything was good and we enjoyed our stay :)

A lovely warm apartment, It was important to us because we rented it in the winter. Despite the fact that the apartment is located in the center, it was quiet and the windows overlooked the park. It is equipped with all necessary household appliances and dishes. I would love to come back again.

The stay was absolutely outstanding, would come back anytime, landlord was absolutely amazing, brilliant communication and the apartment was out of this world.

We were not satisfied with our first apartment being cancelled 1 week before leaving from Sweden.

During our recent month-long stay with Home Holidays, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. Roberto went above and beyond by being at the location even earlier than our agreed check-in time, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to from the get-go. The apartment was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. Nestled just a short distance from the vibrant main street of Oura and the inviting beach, the apartment provided the perfect balance between serenity and convenience. While the proximity to the bustling street occasionally brought some noise, it didn't overshadow the overall charm of the area. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Home Holidays. Roberto and the team were always on hand to address any inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring that our stay was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression. We would definitely come back and stay at one of the Home Holidays locations.

The apartment was exactly as described and illustrated. Directions to the unit were concise and access to the property and the unit was simple and straightforward, without issues. Sonia, Sofia and team were attentive and responsive and communicated frequently, checking in on us and responding quickly to our questions and issues. We couldn't have asked for better landlords to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

The apartment is very nice itself, full equipped, but it is not sunny and no air conditioner and we rented it in winter months.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown on the Flatio website. I was met on arrival and the communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

Great flat with everything you need, a pool and gym in the building (gym not included but it's very reasonably priced.) The Hello Vacations team were very helpful and readily available throughout our stay. Me and my partner stayed for 2 months. We are digital nomads - no issues with the internet, the terrace is great for getting some work done. The only negative would be the chairs are not the most comfortable over long periods. But overall we had an amazing time, a great base to explore the Algarve.

The apartment is tidy, large and spacious. It doesn’t have aircon which was difficult when it started to heat up but manageable as the airflow through the rooms is great. (There’s just a noisy lamp shade in the room that twinkles in the wind). The apartment has everything you need, it’s well resourced, clean and tidy. It has a pool and it’s just a walk to the beach, local cafes and supermarkets so it’s a good location. The main bed is quite uncomfortable, it’s really hard but the others are fine and we added a blanket to soften it a bit. There’s a carpark underneath which was great as it gets so hot outside. Flavia was alright to communicate with. We had to leave early as our travel plans changed and that was not received well as she prefers to meet on entry and exit. Understandable but we couldn’t manage that. We paid to the end though and cleaned the apartment to a high standard.

Catarina proved to be an exceptional host / manager who was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I very much appreciated her professionalism and work ethic. I would not hesitate to Catarina and her associates in the future. Thank you.
