Simple, well designed, no-nonsense platform.
Good human support.
Too high commission if you add both sides. For shorter lets it's ok but for longer lets, your take is higher than real estate agents who put have to put way more effort into a let.
The no-deposit policy is understandable but insurance is no substitute for it because it does not cover the risk of overstaying, which is the biggest risk for your clients.

Do something about cleaning fee. My guests sometimes leave a huge mess which is unfair to charge in the rent as not all of them are so messy. As I am not collecting a deposte, I cannot hold back from this money to cover the extensive cleaning I have to do.

I like that Flatio handles all the paperwork for tenancies.
I think you could be more considerate of the landlords whenever there is a debate between the guest and host. Give the benefit of a doubt about any complaints when it comes from guests for a host who has a good overall rating.

Short term payment and last minute payment still not solved, no real safety from scammers. That's not a company strategy to tell hosts, that they can turn down a reservation request. The system should not have these potholes in it.

I like that it gives a clean structure to the tenancies.
I wish you would be more considerate of the hosts, really take the time to evaluate if a tenants complaint is relevant. This way it wouldn't happen, that one tenant cancels the agreement claiming the place is unfit for living, sending photos of shadows on the wall, and of a drop of paint (causing me to lose all the expected rent, that I was supposed to receive for at least a month, according to the cancellation policy). Then a few days later another tenant moves in, satisfied with everything, and loving the place. Both cannot be true.

The idea is very good and the collection of short term renting (other than AIRBNB) gives us refreshing new choices, and the mediations with the contract put our mind at ease that we are in good hands, but there were few things we didn't like. Some of the postings showed price cut or special deals, but when we clicked on them the offers were totally different, which made us think if we can trust this platform?. Also, the first two attempt to reserve a place was quickly rejected for apparently no reason!? So we put in multiple offers hoping that we can choose from the positive responses, but after the first "yes" our other offers were stopped. That didn't seem fair, because the landlords have 24 hours to respond and we would have time to pick the best for ourselves. One lady messaged me why we rejected her??!!! Well, we actually would love to go with her place but you blocked our response to her... Anyways, Flatio has lots of good things and could be our platform to make our arrangements for the future, but we hope the reservation process will be evened out between landlords and renters and during the 24 hours deadline we could have multiple offers (I am sure the landlords can receive as many as they can and waist our time to reject).
