I've been living with my roommate in this room for 10 weeks. It's a nice, clean room with good facilities. The owner was very cooperative and if there was a problem, they were ready to help.
The location of the room is pretty good, and the public transport is nearby. The neighborhood though is a bit old, many of the buildings aren't well maintained. But next to that, the apartment was very clean and nice, there were many facilities nearby (restaurants, supermarkets) and it was a silent neighborhood. So that's what counts the most!

So to be short, we had a great time in this apartment!

The house is located very well. You can reach easily two well known streets in Budapest, which are Kiraly and Andrays streets. The house is spacious and you can find all the equipment for living from cooking to sleeping. The owner of the house is also a very kind person. He guided me very well about the utilities in the home.

Liron is a super host!
He is helpful, kind and understanding; easily reachable and easy to talk to. The flat is tiny and may seem difficult to live in the first several hours, but it is only until you discover how smartly it is equipped and how space is just enough. The location was the best - 900m to the heart of Budapest, 600m to one of the biggest malls, and 300m to the nearest grocery store.

Apartment was exactly as advertised and there were no nasty surprises. Owner really took care of his apartment and was extra helpful in all matters and was constantly in communication with me. The neighbor's were very kind and pleasant. This apartment would have gotten the highest rating if it had an air conditioner (I bought a fan) as I faced the heatwave but that wasn't a major issue. I would for sure rent this property again next time I come to town as I have become very comfortable here. On a final note, it's really easy to access the city from this location.

A tiny and clean appartment with all the amenities that you can imagine.

Close of the city center by walk and the mall westend. Also bus stop and metro stop are less than five minutes by walk.

The communication with the landlady was faster and kindly.

The flat is great, beautiful and has everything you need. Our landlord is super, keep an eye on you for anything you need.
The flat is located almost in front of the Metro station and a bus stop, so is easy to get around.
You have supermarkets, restaurants and ice cream shops near.
We love it and recommend it 100%.
