Marianna is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with, open, helpful, and genuinely friendly.

The apartment was in good condition: everything matched the photos, I got exactly what I expected and had no issues. You can tell it’s an older building, so some elements are a bit worn, but this doesn’t affect the quality of living at all, everything important is in good shape.

The workspace is very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need and even more. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental made only for short stays. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by transport and right across from Keleti station. Because of that, there is sometimes some vibration. It also seems there is a hospital nearby, so ambulances pass often, but it didn’t bother me.

Overall, it’s a great apartment and a very pleasant host.

Cozy, chill flat in an unbeatable location -right by Deák Ferenc Square and super close to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere and perfect for exploring the city. The area can be loud since it’s the absolute center, but with earplugs I slept well. There was a minor issue with the toilet seat that required a few check-ins, which was a bit annoying, but it was ultimately resolved. The owner was nice, responsive, and genuinely helpful overall. Solid stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Agnes’s place with my family. The location at Kálvin tér is unbeatable. You are steps away from the metro, great cafes, and the Great Market Hall. Despite being so central, the apartment felt like a quiet, cozy retreat for us. Agnes was a fantastic host - communicative, helpful, and very welcoming. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the heart of Budapest. Really appreciate it.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! We travel as a family full time, and finding a place that feels like home is hard to come by. The space is beautifully renovated and feels very nice and comfortable! The kitchen is large which was so nice to have since we eat most meals in. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. If you want an apartment that feels like home, and not a vacation rental, then this is for you! Claire was an amazing host as well as her manager Reka! Everyone was so helpful and we hope to stay there again some day!

This sunny apartment on the top floor is spacious as well, with all the necessities you might need available. The apartment is located in one of the beautiful historical buildings in the city centre but, luckily, includes an elevator. In the area, there are supermarkets and a complete shopping mall reachable within a 10-minute walk. Nyugati Station, with both national and international connections, also lies within this close distance, which makes it an ideal hub for travelers. Simone is very accommodating with the apartment, offering tips about the city, and being helpful when addressing issues. Since this was one of our first experiences using the Flatio platform, we needed to figure out how to pay the bills through the platform, but everything worked out in the end. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay in this sunny appartment!
