I was in the apartment for 4 months, it is really cute and cozy! And in a perfect location. Elizabeth is very nice and very approachable. I really liked the location, the huge bed and the cool bathroom. The only things to consider is that it doesn't have a loundry (but there is one inside the market) and that it gets a bit noisy sometimes. Overall, it was a really nice experience, and it's perfect for short to medium stay!! :)

Incredibly kind people who took care of everything, including sending the gas and electricity meter readings for me, during my 5 month stay. Extremely quick to respond and overall pleasant to deal with.
The apartment was cozy and clean, however there was quite a bit of construction noise coming through, due to the building having some work done by the neighbors. Although, for the extremely reasonable price and the apartment being filled with every possible appliance that you could need in a home, it was a relatively minor inconvenience. Biggest positives for me were the available shut-off blinds and a good climate control system.
Definitely would recommend for short and long stays.

Отличное расположение прям рядышком с центром в 5-7- минутах!
Метро, автобусы, трамвай и троллейбусы - остановки находятся в 3 минутах от апартаментов! все очень удобно , жила в этих апартаментах 2 месяца(29.11.2019-14.01.2020), очень приятные и отзывчивые хозяева!!!Мистер Ференц всегда был на связи и очень быстро ответил мне с моей проблемой (потеряла ключ). Квартира Очень удобная и теплая, в квартире есть все необходимое : гладилка, утюг, фен, посуда (тарелки, кружки, бокалы, кастрюля, Сковорода, столовые приборы, чайник, пылесос.Проживаение было лчень удобным и комфортным. Очень рекомендую эту квартиру всем кто хочет жить в центре! Рядом находится Фэйшн Стрит( это что то вроде арбата), библиотеки , можете поплавать вечером ра кораблике, вид Очень красивый!!!!
Квартира очень понравилась , всем рекомендую! Минусов нет)

I do not have words to describe how comfortable and welcoming house it was. Had everything we need in walking area, best coffee shops around with fresh pastry in the morning, city center walking distance, everything was just perfect. Miss Eszter and her father most amazing people helped very much when we need it. The only bad thing was that vacation wasn't longer. Thank you Miss Eszter for everything and cannot wait to come back next time. For sure will be again there this year.

It was a great experience to live in this flat and meet Eva. She was always so helpful, thus, I could live without any difficulty. I was grateful to have her as a landlord. Also, the interior design was satisfying, though the kitchen was a little bit small. Regarding the location, it was located in a very convenient and safe area. You can take a tram or a bus whenever you want to. It was worth paying the high rental fee. I do recommend this place and her.

We stayed there for 3 months. The apartment had everything that we needed. We felt like home there. The neighbourhood is very good, always felt safe there. Metro line 1 is only 3 minutes walking distance, so it´s easy to get around. Westend mall is only in 15 minutes walking distance, or shorter if you take the trolleybus.
The apartment was cleaned every 2 weeks in our stay. And they texted us always before to check if it was okay to come.
We would defenitly recomend this apartment!! And if we will come back to Budapest someday, we would like to stay there again.
cons: wifi does not always reach to the main bedroom, but it did not bother us, since we used the computer mostly in the livingroom. And the sofabed is a bit hard, but I got used to it after the first night.
