Right at the entrance, we were greeted by the landlord, who was attentive and available from the start. The house offers a great structure for those who want to combine work and leisure time, providing suitable environments for productivity and rest. Work space The dedicated workspace was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the house. Positioned in a well-lit and airy spot, the desk is ideal for those who need to spend hours focused on projects. concentrated on projects. Another point to mention was the absence of some essential items for housekeeping, such as dishwashing soap and hangers in the cupboard. Fortunately, these small shortages were the landlord, who was always accessible and attentive. The television was also not working when we arrived, but the problem was quickly resolved.

The property has all the conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay. It’s clean, spacious and bright, has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and strong WIFI. The host was responsive and cooperative.

We stayed in this house from March to November and were absolutely delighted. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many fruit trees, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Inside, there is plenty of air and space, easily accommodating six people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The veranda is fully equipped for barbecues, making outdoor dining a true pleasure. The property also features a fantastic swimming pool where we spent countless enjoyable hours during the summer. On cooler days, we loved the option to light the fireplace, adding a touch of comfort and warmth. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and its location is very convenient: just 15 minutes to hypermarkets, 40 minutes to Lisbon, and 30 minutes to the ocean. Public transport provides easy access to Lisbon, which was very convenient. Parking was never an issue, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly. We adored the charming village where the house is located, and the neighboring cats often came to visit, adding extra charm to our stay. Special thanks to the landlords, who were incredibly responsive and honest. They solved any issues immediately and were always eager to help, ensuring that our rental experience was completely smooth. The process of moving in and out was seamless. We will definitely return to this wonderful place!

Thank you for the wonderful beachfront apartment! The place has everything we need for a great family time with children. The apartment is modern, clean, bright, and spacious! The location is just unbeatable - first line, just on the beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking. The apartment has private parking, which is especially helpful during busy days on the beach. Great communication with the hosts. As for suggestions, the balcony could use some furniture, and please be cautious with small children on the balcony, as there are no protective railings or glass yet.

It was a perfect rental. Matilde is a super professional landlord, she has prepared everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is fully prepared for the tenants and has everything you need except a washing machine, but Matilde shared a location of the nearby laundry at the moment of move-in. It is a pleasure to stay there with the Ocean view, and the sounds of the ocean at any time, the perfect microclimate of Sintra provides you with an even better experience. The beautiful clear beach is just in front of you, and you have space where to park your vehicle near the house. Matilde prepared for us a few cool places nearby and shared available activity options. If you want to relax and have a lot of joy, it's the perfect place to stay.

This place is very nice and well maintained. Most of all , I would say this place is functional and outfitted for an easy stay in the heart of Ericeira for easy walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Most of all I really appreciated the property manager Susana and her staff for working to be accommodating to our concerns.

The apartment is located very conveniently close to stores, restaurants and a bus stop. Nam has gone out of his way to help us navigate the area, help us with luggage upon arrival and when we had any inconvenience he would be very responsive to resolve it right away. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is spacious. Clean when we arrived with a nice welcome gift. Highly recommend staying here if you like to stay around Odivelas.

Lovely apartment, very good service and great location!

It was our second stay in this flat. It is located in a beautiful area, close to the ocean and has everything you need. Everything looks like on photos. However, internet was unstable after changing provider. Overall, I recommend this place and would definitely book again for myself.

The flat is really great, very well equipped with top-notch furniture, in an amazing location right in front of the beach. Has a parking space for when it is crowded. Perfect if you love the beach and/or hiking, it is next to some trails near the cliffs which are really nice! Matilde was very attentive for instructions.

Douglas was very easy to work with, always answering any questions immediately. hope to come back & rent his beautiful apartment again towards the end of the Year, once we do some travelling around Portugal. 10 out of 10 👌🏼

Very spacious house in a relaxing and quiet location near the coast in a cute village. Comfy furniture, great bed and well equipped kitchen. The weather wasn’t the best when we were there but else you could enjoy the big sunny terrace where you can clearly hear the sea. It was our first time via Flatio and only stayed there for 1,5 weeks so just keep in mind to buy/take some things yourself like garbage bags, washing powder, detergent, etc. Can definitely recommend the place!

Pedro's house is amazing. The house is recently renovated and equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances. Cute details and textiles make it very cozy. The house is located in a very picturesque and quiet place, close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Pedro is a responsive host who is always ready to help.
