Read all reviews of Flatio from guests and hosts or make your own experience. It's safe and easy.

Its ok. However additional cleanining fee or extra climatiation fee option should be possible to choose.

Everything was great

Me pareció súper fácil de encontrar alojamiento

I liked the safety of this site, what was a bit annoying was the early payment fee, I really don’t get that, somehow I always had to pay for express or early etc. that’s a bit annoying, I would prefer that the website just books the price from my Account without me having to figure out at what time or date I have to pay so I don’t get a extra fee.

I used in only in Budapest and it is very expensive. I could find something on facebook or from word-of-moutn that is 25-30% cheaper. Unfortunately, the online alternatives for renting flats are similarly expensive.

I like Flatio, but the website looks really bad on mobile devices, and searching for properties is a nightmare because the search filters just don't work. Please fix that. Also please allow setting up auto payment with credit card for the monthly invoices.

Great service

Fast and clear

I liked the option to end the lease early.

It was great!

Communication is easy, however the service fee when renting a place is too high.

I feel it is a secure and safe website

Odporúčam! Je to jediný portál, cez ktorý sa mi podarilo nájsť na leto krátkodobé ubytovanie v Prahe.

Jednoduchost vyřizování smlouvy.
