Tienes un seguro que te respalda. Lo único malo es que no siempre te enteras rapido de que te están mandando un mensaje. El último si no llego a entrar en la página no me hubiera enterado. Incluso pienso que podía ser un intento de fraude.

It worked very well. Some of the terms used in the English documents are a bit confusing. You use 'terminate', which means end, when an English person would say 'amend' for making a change to a date. This confused me and the host. It looked like I was pulling out of the contract completely when I was only changing the duration by one day.

Flatio je jednoznačne niečo co vypĺňa dieru na trhu, a to sú stredne dlhé najmy. Bohužiaľ napriek tomu ako dlho sú na trhu, v Bratislave ich takmer nikto nepozná a ponuka bytov je pomerne slabá, čo je škoda.

This was my first experience using this service. The system with signing a lease agreement is a bit confusing, but you can figure it out. My impressions of the service are the most positive. I am glad that such new projects as Flatio are appearing.
