Very easy to filter through and book an apartment. The check in process was easy. Communication was thorough and very responsive. Checkout was a little different than anything I've experienced with other rentals, as the agent had to check every aspect of the apartment and take pictures so it took a while. But it was fine and I'd definitely use Flatio again.

Good platform that provides timely communication between landlord and owner. Improvement: Really wish there was a better user experience with the inbox and the listing of past contracts. There is no easy way to archive messages, no way to organize past contacts for future communications, etc. Please rethink the design and functionality.

Everything has worked out with Flatio, the three times I've used it in Prague. All three apartments have been exactly as advertised, and it's easy to pay the landlord rent when you've stayed for longer than a month. I would recommend Flatio over Airbnb, though I must admit, that I've always needed a place for at least a month at a time, and Flatio specializes in longer stays.

I like the service, the step by step process is well designed and useful. There should be an app for tenants too, and perhaps more clarity on the deposit details and return policy/admin would be helpful!

Flatio has a good platform, and is clear and fair with the payments. I still think tenants should have to reply to a landlord's message (if they send one) before the 24hrs expire for accepting the reservation, as many things can be cleared up in these exchanges. I hope to continue to rent my house through Flatio
