Your support is closed during the weekends. I was checking in on a Sunday and so could get no reply till Monday. Thankfully the host replied back and everything was fine. But imagine if anyone has a problem on Friday evening, that person will have no help till Monday morning.

Provide auto-update emails when lease extensions are approved. It helps to save time instead of forcing users to come back to the website for such transactions. GoPay has some weird verification issues. Lately it has started to ask me for verification by mobile phone when I am overseas. But my bank says they are not asking for verification on any payments. There is something weird going on, so please make sure that GoPay provides other means of verification for your payments especially when travellers overseas cannot access their regular phone numbers or bank customer service. And please have Flatio use a caller id when it needs to reach someone via mobile phone. Apparently a representative needed to reach me, but it came up as an unlisted number on my phone. Did not know if it was robot/spam caller.

I like how through Flatio everything is official and safe, you don't run the risk of getting scammed. The only thing is it may turn out a bit more expensive than other sites because Flatio collects a service fee, but if you want to play safe, it's worth paying it.

Communication was good and fast. Thank you. suggestions for the flat: 1. the curtain hooks in 2 of the rooms are coming off. 2. apply a curtain at the bathtub so the water does not splatter around and also a shower holder so tenants can shower without holding the shower handle. 3. the washing machine leaks and it seems that dirty water from the sink enters the machine as the connecting hose is too high. 4. The gas for cooking seems to be leaking.
