I like that comunication has been made prior reservation, and that host can chose if he will accept reservation.

Yes. In the contract the address of the property was incorrect and the owner didn't answer to messages until we contacted Flatio. Maybe you could improve that. There was also a problem with a hair dryer which wasn't in a flat. There was only an empty box in which it should be. We contacted the owner but he didn't care. So maybe you should also check the owners if they really have what they offer.

Everything was good overall, just a bit expensive compared to similar options on other websites.

Here you can find really nice apartments, fully equipped for digital nomads and remote workers. And of course really affordable prices

Flatio worked great for me - only issue was that I didn't realise I would need a business account for my booking, in order to recieve invoices that my employer could pay, so I created the booking through a personal account. Flatio customer service was very willing to help me get the prepaid funds transferred to a 'new' identical booking if I made a business account, but I ended up resolving the issue with my employer instead, so I didn't need to go cancel and rebook.

Le site FLATIO est très bien conçu. Simple et les quelques échanges par mail ont été très bons. Très réactif. Je regrette seulement les frais de commission chaque mois lorsque le paiement est fait par carte bancaire. Ces frais n'avaient pas été notés sur le contrat au début. Nous avons découvert cela lors du 2ème paiement.
