I like the worldwide coverage of potential guests & the speed of communication when there is a potential booking. I think that you should improve the availability calendar. In my opinion it is not at all user friendly; it’s “clunky” to use; the instructions about other calendar “merges” are confusing (to me) & other members of my family who also need to manage the calendar.

Yes, I would recommend Flatio. However, I never had any issues that required their intervention, so I cannot comment on how effective their support is in resolving problems.

It would have been helpful to know earlier about the follow up payment. Once I had read back I understood, however this was not immediately obvious and was not communicated clearly when chasing for payment

10/10. I would only add that many landlords just don't answer. Perhaps, they dont' get enough notifications etc. They didn't reject me but left me on waiting, so my hope was ruining my urgent plans. Eventually, after 24 hours the booking just went nowhere. I'd prefer a strong "no" next time

I really enjoy working with Flatio, but I would appreciate more detailed reviews from potential tenants. Lately, many of the reservation requests seem a bit suspicious — people who want to talk via WhatsApp or Facebook/Instagram, or who are only interested in coming to obtain a visa, etc. Just by reading their profiles, you can tell they don’t want to use the Flatio platform to communicate with hosts and are trying to reach out through other social networks. Like I said, it feels a bit fishy.
