Super clean apartment, quiet, nice neighbourhood. People respect the cleanliness and quietness of the place. The landlord is great, super nice, I was surprised to see that the rooms didnt have any lock so she proceeded to add locks on all doors including bathrooms within a couple of days. Really good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very nice and bright. Everything was nice. In the beginning I had some allergy issues, but Joana was really helpful, and took all the necessary arrangements so everything was okay and I would feel comfortable. Fortunately, we manage to solve the issue, and I could enjoy the place. Joana was super kind and thoughtful throughout my whole stay there.

It was a really nice time I spent at Joana's place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your everyday life.
The location is also good, 5 min from the metro station.
The communication with Joana was excellent. I will recommend it!

Really nice and comfortable house and room. Maria is truly kind in giving an enjoyable stay with amenities for you and makes sure you get to know Lisbon and the surroundings, which are excellent since you're just minutes away from the metro and the main train/bus station and mall.

I definitely recommend her and her house if you want to have a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

I totally agree with the comments from the previous tenant. In addition, it's just next to Oriente, the most convenient location in Lisbon. Easy access to all kinds of transportation, such as Metro, local and regional buses, trains, Flixbus. Walking distance to all the recreational parks, restaurants, and supermarkets around EXPO.
Maria is super helpful on all kinds of topics or issues around Lisbon and Portugal. I really had a pleasant stay in this apartment and will pick this place again without a doubt
