We stayed here for a month, and it looks like they’ve improved the bed—it was comfortable, clean, and odor-free. The apartment was clean overall and had everything needed for a long stay. It’s in a quiet area at the top of a cliff, with the Ascensor conveniently right outside the door for easy access. We did run into a small ant infestation early on due to leftover rotten food in the pantry, but the landlord eventually helped by dropping off spray. When we moved out, we were required to do a deep clean, though they offered a €50 cleaning service if preferred. There’s no washer onsite, but a nearby laundromat offers washes starting at €5. Overall, it was mostly a positive experience.

We had a incredible stay at Jeff & Diane apartment in Nazaré during one month, so plenty of time to appreciate it. Well furnished, well located in a calm residential area of Sítio.
It is easy to park nearby, even in August it was not a problem.
Communication with the owner was perfect, small issues we could have were resolved quickly.
We definitely recommend this place.
Only one little improvement could be done to the apartment in our opinion add a small desk somewhere if remote workers are welcomed, it can be a huge advantage -;)

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks and loved the location. Many cafes, restaurants and attractions a short walk away. The apartment was spotless and seemed as if it had been recently renovated. The WiFi strength was very fast for remote work. Carlos was quick to respond if we needed anything. The only downside was the mold smell (pillows, mattress, couch) which I’m sure the owner will resolve after our feedback. Otherwise, this place is a gem and great value.

Excellent location for relaxation. The owner was very helpful. The apartments have everything you need for a long-term stay. The apartment is very bright, large bathroom. Air conditioner with voice control. Unfortunately, internet not very stable, because of old 2.4Ghz router, bit it works. Among the inconveniences in winter, mold appears in the bedroom and shower; the air conditioner cannot cope with drying the air. Just be prepared, Perhaps this is because of the ocean, which is 5 minutes away. But in the summer there shouldn’t be such a problem.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and Nazare. It has a lovely view and the rooms are bigger than the photos show. The building is quiet and well-maintained. The apartment is a little tired in places, but well supplied with everything you would need for your stay.

The flat is really nice. Everything look like on photos. It is bright and spacious enough. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, supermarket is in about 10 min walk. There is no condition, so it might be a bit hot in summer.

These are very cozy and spacious apartments. Fast stable internet. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. Ideal for 4 people. Very nice agent Carlos - answered quickly to all questions.

The lighthouse "Forte de São Miguel Arcanjo" is a 10-minute walk away. Across the street is a grocery store "Hortícolas Boleixa" with delicious fresh vegetables. There is a Lavandaria Self-Service nearby.

We spent the month of May here and were delighted. Recommend.

This apartment is one of the best that my wife and I stayed in so far in Portugal. Ricardo and his partner made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay of six months. The apartment is spacious, clean and appropriately equipped. The building is conveniently located close to the waterfront, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, and a medical center. We enjoyed our stay in Nazaré and the apartment and would reserve it if we visit again.

Very cozy apartment for two people. Well located - a minute's walk to the beach. A convenient large table if you work remotely. Average internet speed is 10-15 megabits per second. Very nice agent Ricardo, he quickly solved all the questions. Definitely recommend.

The location of this apartment is amazing, just around the corner you`ll discover the breathtaking ocean view. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, full of useful utilities. The only disadvantage is that there was no washing machine, but Lavanderia is 2-3 minutes away. Carlos is a very positive and helpfull host. would gladly come here again.

Ricardo is the type of landlord that any renter would love. Ricardo is multilingual and has a vast knowledge of his rental area. Ricardo went out his way to share with me tips about the area to make me feel comfortable with my transition. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy, souvenirs shops, and clothing stores within walking distance. Did I mention restaurants? There is a Michelin Award restaurant within a short walking distance among others. The apartment is just as pictured with comfortable furnishings. The unit had everything that I needed to make me feel at home. Thank you Ricardo for helping me with my transition into my new Portuguese life.

Great little apartment in the center of Nazare close to everything. Beach is only 3 minutes away by foot. Very clean, comfy bed and great shower. Washing machine is a plus. Great communication with the host, very easy check in and out..

The apartment is well located and equiped. There are a lot of local shops nearby (e.g. grocery, bakery, minimarket) . The east/west orientation grants always a direct source of sunlight throughout the day. The café below (with outdoor terrace) can cause some noise, specially in the early morning, but it is tolerable overall.
