The service is good because the owner does not need to look out for tenants. What can be improved: I have informed several times that the owner has a right to know how many people are going to live at the premises. Flatio has not yet made it mandatory for the tenant to declare how many people are coming to stay. There is no way to control the excess consumption of Water/ Heating/Electricity.

Its somewhat hassle-free renting. However, the landlord cannot know how many people are going to live at his/her property. That info should be made mandatory. There is no check for high energy consumption or misuse of water etc.

Landlord should be able to offer a basic rent + a variable on the basis of more sons. For example: Total capacity 4, for 1 person 9000/-, 3000 more for extra persons.
