The apartment was as described in the listing, modern with all the necessary comforts. The shower had excellent water pressure and a good size to turn around. The bedroom is large with access to the balcony. There is a balcony but the view is partially blocked by another building. However, you can see views of the marina and epic sunrises.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk to Praia da Rocha. There are restaurants on both sides of the street. French, Asian fusion, and local Portuguese restaurants are around the corner and across the street. There is a mini mart in the sister building across the street. Spar and Intermarche supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away via walking. Public transportation is nearby. So, a car is not necessary.

The building is located uphill which i was not expecting especially dragging suitcases. Once inside the building, there is a handicap ramp. Besides the unwanted leg exercises , I had a pleasant stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments. Spacious bedroom, magnificent, well-designed, very ergonomic apartment. Clean, bright, cozy, equipped with everything you need.
The wonderful hostess, Gisele, is very responsive and caring. My son and I stayed for two weeks, during which time we hardly saw the hostess and felt completely at ease.
If you work from home online, like me, you will appreciate the high-speed internet in the apartment. It is really super fast.
The location of the apartment is very convenient: close to the Continent hypermarket, many cafes and restaurants, and not far from the ocean.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. I was plesantly surprised to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. One of my favorite activities was sitting relaxing on the front balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the marina view, and people watching. It is close to grocery stores, shops, bus stop, recycle spot, the beach, and restaurants. I would stay here aaain.

Amit is a great guy! He's very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. It is also well located in a nice, mostly quiet area. Supermarkets, the train station and bus services are within easy walking distance while the facilities of Portimao are a bit farther but not extremely far. Another nearby location is Ferragudo with its quaint but touristy vibe, beaches, castle, numerous restaurants and beautiful views.

The flat is spacious enough for two people. It is well-maintained, has good internet connection, and everything you need. The location is good, close to a shopping center with many shops and a supermarket.
Communication with the landlord was exceptional. Ariana is super kind, polite, and always ready to help. She was always available for us and responded quickly. Thank you again!
I would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to my friends.

The apartment is spacious, and well organized. If you have a car, the free parking lot is just around the corner. It's situated in a strategic place for exploring the region and many supermarkets are closed by. We spent 3 days working from home and the connection was excellent, the communication with the host was great!

Excellent experience staying in this apartment. It's 100% renovated, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and make your stay a pleasant experience. The location is in a safe and residential area, just a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Portimao. Everything was perfect. The location is close to the bus, train station and a grocery store. The house was clean and cozy. Part of the house is a café with a cowork space, which is convenient - I was just missing a proper work chair. Ana is friendly, quick to respond and willing to help :)

Filipe was very flexible with check in and check out. He met us in person for both. The apartment is as described although the listing says an oven and there is no oven, only a cook top and microwave. We stayed a
month so it was workable to cook great meals without the oven. The location is great, bus stop outside the door and only a few blocks from beach, Spar and Intermarche grocery stores and tons of
shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit provided all the comfort and utensils needed to make my trip more enjoyable. The location was perfect for being near grocery markets, shopping, the promenade and beach.
I did have difficulty with the key to the unit the entire stay. Also, be aware this backs up to a bowling alley and late at night you hear the noise from the bowling pins.
This is on a basement level so very private. Would I stay there again…most definitely!

Great experience, the photos are a good representation of the flat. The sea view is stunning. In the flat there are three flat TV screens as well, so it's easy to connect to Netflix etc. Also, in the flat there is a water and ice dispenser mounted in the fridge.

The flat itself is easily reachable by taxi if you are travelling from the train station. Portimao in general offers affordable Uber and Bolt rides.

Coming back to Portugal, we will definitely consider choosing this flat again. Joana is a very kind and responsive landlord.
