There are not enough words to describe the impressions of Pedro's apartment. Excellent location in a residential area, there are shops nearby, within walking distance of a shopping center, metro and train station. The apartment itself is very sunny and green. it is felt that the apartment has a soul, it all creates a wonderful atmosphere. Especially, I want to note the wonderful terrace that complements this apartment. The apartment is perfect for long stays. Pedro is very friendly, open to communication and always ready to answer! Definitely recommend, you won't want to leave!

Pedro was a great host. We had a slight issue with the power going out and he was quick to respond and resolve for us. The apartment is quaint and nicely decorated, lots of plants, a spacious balcony and air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is well placed with local amenities nearby, and a metro stop only 10 minutes or so walk away.

I’d highly recommend Pedro’s home to others!

My experience with this home, with the landlord Joana, and with the local area were all very positive.

It is a great value for a temporary place to call home in a quiet and good area, close to everything you need including a metro straight downtown and a short way from the airport for frequent travellers.

The home itself was clean and well kept and included everything a tenant could need.

Joana was easy to talk with and kind and helpful.

I would be happy to stay here again if I return to Lisbon.

Staying in Maria's apartment was perfect. She really cares about your stay and has prepared the apartment specially for making her tenants confortable. Besides that, Maria is a very kind person who makes your stay the best possible. I wish I was able to stay there a bit longer.

Joana is a great hostess and has always been able to help me with my questions as a "Lisbon beginner". Needs and questions on my part were answered by Joana with the necessary tact. The apartment is as described in the advertisement was encountered by me and my room was very nicely furnished and very clean. The apartment is very bright, which I liked very much. The aircraft noise has disturbed me with time something, because the airport is located nearby. All in all a good apartment with everything I needed.

We loved our stay in this apartment! The area was relaxed and neighbourly, with plenty of grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and transportation options nearby. The park directly out back of the apartment was a haven of green to hang out in amongst the locals. The apartment was lovely and cool in the Summer month we stayed, with beautiful high ceilings, comfortable and stylish furnishings, plenty of space for us to unpack while also enjoying the company of delightful objects, books, record player, movie projector, musical instruments etc. A home away from home for sure!
Joao was very pleasant to arrange our stay with. A very positive experience.

Super clean apartment, quiet, nice neighbourhood. People respect the cleanliness and quietness of the place. The landlord is great, super nice, I was surprised to see that the rooms didnt have any lock so she proceeded to add locks on all doors including bathrooms within a couple of days. Really good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very nice and bright. Everything was nice. In the beginning I had some allergy issues, but Joana was really helpful, and took all the necessary arrangements so everything was okay and I would feel comfortable. Fortunately, we manage to solve the issue, and I could enjoy the place. Joana was super kind and thoughtful throughout my whole stay there.
