Za měsíc 1.500,- servisní poplatek je trošku moc a ještě k tomu se to platí rovnou při schválení. Odradilo mě to, když jsem si chtěl něco pronajmout na 3 měs.... 5.000,-.

Stránky jsou ok, ale servis se teprve uvidi.

I originally choose flatio for its wast selection of appartments, however the fee for the first appartment was very high and not very apparant from flatio's side, however it was nice and easy to find a place to stay there.

6 is a fair rating. The main issue with this site is you act like you are doing tenants a favour. Fill in more details in your profile for a better chance etc etc. Forgetting about the fact that tenants are paying inflated rates to rent properties, Landlords should be proving themselves to tenants, not via versa, tenants pay money, that's all the proof that is needed. Although I left the apartment before the agreed date, the experience was good, Maybe I'd recommend Flatio to consider some special reasons when the people must leave the apartment, for example a work trip. therefor the user may receive a partial refund (with any proof such as a letter from the company)

Long to get an answer to my application

Flatio service fee of almost 50% of first rental is too high for most potential tenants. It used to be much smaller.

I just need a place to stay and I'm a private person. I shouldn't need to provide loads of irrelevant personal information to complete strangers in order to rent a flat.

Really satisfied with my first rent that was the recommended one and then unsatisfied of my last rent with the recommended one I hope that he will never be recommended again

Payment methods should be available up front before one can start the booking; many places are advertised as “the whole flat” when in reality they are shared accommodations, unless contacting the landlord one may find out at the time of moving in... which would be unfortunate. Service fees are not clear at all - it would be beneficial to have an overview of what they cover and what percentage of the rent they should be. The app does not have many options to select facilities or location on a map, unless clicking into each ad. Regarding shared accommodation, it would be super to have the option to filter for private bathroom option :) Other than that, it looks like a great Company and a great idea, as having to pay high deposits are one of the biggest burden in Czech Republic.. so thank you for thinking of it! Hopefully I will be satisfied with my stay, if my request will be accepted :))
