I stay in this flat during 5 months for my studies. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Radka for her hospitality !

We stayed here for the second time and completely enjoyed every day of our stay. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen equipment makes you feel like home and the kitchen hood works perfectly. Great benefit is to have Albert supermarket and trading centre next door. Big TV and PS can be a benefit as well. Adam, the host, is a very nice guy, hospitable and helpful. Overall it is a very good place to stay and it has everything you need.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was also a wardrobe, which is not shown in the current photos (and this was the only thing I thought I would be missing before moving in). The kitchen is spacious and modern. Some kitchenware was worn out and there were only a few spoons, but upon our request, the owner provided new items. So currently it is well equipped. The owner is a nice person, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. He helped resolve some issues that arose during my stay, although I have to say that it sometimes took a bit of time. However, there was nothing critical. There is also a cleaning service for the shared spaces, but during my stay it took place every 3–4 weeks (although it was supposed to take place more often), so the cleanliness of the shared areas depends largely on the tenants, especially in the kitchen. During most of my stay, we managed to maintain a good level of cleanliness. I would strongly recommend communicating with the other tenants (we created a group chat for this purpose), as it helps to resolve issues more easily (like e.g. removing expired nobody's food from the kitchen). To summarize, I liked this place very much and felt at home during the five months of my stay. And the other tenants were really nice people. If I stay in Prague again in the future, I would choose this house again :)

Bydlení v bytě v Drahobejlově ulici 61 bylo naprosto úžasnou zkušeností. Lokalita je velmi pohodlná a nabízí mnoho možností spojení MHD. V okolí bytu se nachází obchody všeho druhu. Samotný byt je plně vybavený a má vše potřebné pro pohodlné bydlení – moderní kuchyň, luxusní koupelnu a velmi útulný obývací pokoj. Komunikace s majitelkou bytu, paní Márií, byla vždy příjemná a bezproblémová.

Můj pobyt byl opravdu skvělý. Pokoj byl čistý a dobře upravený a postel velmi pohodlná. Personál byl přátelský a ochotný a služby rychlé a efektivní. Poloha je výborná, blízko obchodů a restaurací, což velmi usnadňuje pohyb. Snídaně byla pestrá a chutná, vhodná pro všechny chutě. Doporučuji tento hotel každému, kdo hledá pohodlné a klidné ubytování s vynikajícím servisem.

Nice and well located room, owner answer reasonably fast

Great appartement, great neighbourhood, close to the tram and grocery store, the owner was nice and reactive.

Celkovo by som ohodnotila tuto skúsenosť ako 10/10, všetko bolo super a so všetkým som bola spokojná. Komunikácia s pani prenajímateľkou bola úplne super, milá, ústretová a bez akýchkoľvek problémov. Poloha bytu je za mňa top, v okolí je všetko, čo človek potrebuje, či už obchody, kaviarne alebo možnosti na prechádzky. Veľké plus je aj MHD, spojenia sú tam fakt dobré a človek sa dostane kamkoľvek veľmi rýchlo, či už do centra alebo hocikam inam po meste. Všetko potrebné sa v byte nachádzalo, nič mi nechýbalo. Za mňa naozaj skvelé bývanie a môžem len odporučiť. A ešte raz ďakujeme pani prenajímateľke ❤️

Great stay!

Super lokalita, byt příjemný, pro dva prostorný. Jediná nevýhoda, že jsou slyšet tramvaje.

The flat is okay, but the owner not so much. He is rude, aggressive and manipulative. I live with him, he himself is not hygienic (he leaves moldy plate and other disgusting stuffs in the sink, he leaves the toilet dirty), yet he judges and inspects my cleaning with hotel standard. While I was there, I clean the shower filter more than him. He always promised to make the central heating in my room work, but never delivered, so I was stuck with a small oil heater which I have to plug in every now and then to not feel cold. I couldn't sleep with it on, since it's not the central heater, and it's not automatic, so it's always off when I sleep, and every time I woke up it'll always be cold. He demands money from me for all the household items, I understand that we need to buy some necessities like toilet paper etc, but I could've just buy them on my own, without him asking 2600 CZK for it. Before I leave, he ask me to clean the whole house, which I did by myself, without any help from him. When he woke up, he start inspecting and getting mad about a spot that is still dirty. When I argue with him, he threatened me, and still demanded me to clean some more. So I decided to leave early. This guy shouldn't be a host at all. Look at the other reviews on him as well, they have the same tone as mine, and it's not a coincidence.

Great experience. The apartment has everything you need and is very cozy and spacious. Lukas was always attentive from the moment I arrived in Prague until my departure, and he helped me whenever I needed it on several occasions. The location is great since it’s in a nice neighborhood, and it’s also very easy to get to the city center in a short time. Highly recommended, no complaints.

Michal’s accommodation was perfect for my first month settling in Prague. He was very helpful with arranging the reservation through Flatio. I would also like to praise Fabio and Michal’s mother for all the support they gave me during my stay. The location of the flat is one of its greatest assets, as it is close to everything. There are bus and tram stops right in front of the building, which is very convenient. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs temporary accommodation in Prague!

The apartment is in a quiet yet central location. Excellent amenities. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating!

Vsechno v poradku.

My partner and I spent a total of 4 months at the apartment, and it was certainly a home away from home. The apartment has all of the necessary things to live comfortably, it is very close to multiple public transportation routes, located in between 2 beautiful parks and has various good restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries around it. The communication with the host was very effective, quick, but overall, there were no problems at all. Thank you for the stay! I highly recommend it to everyone coming to Prague, if the Old Town is too loud and full of people for you, but you still want to be a short distance away.

This apartment felt like home to me, I really enjoyed my stay here. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, the bed are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well set up for cooking. Also, the location! This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Prague. The apartment is a block away from a beautiful park, plenty of cafes, and cute bars. You can really feel the history of Prague here. Also Veronika is such a wonderful person, great host, very responsive. I would love to come back!

Our four-month stay in Jan’s beautiful apartment was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation has everything needed to live comfortably (high-speed internet connection for work remotely without a problem) and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent public transport connections, including tram and metro. There are supermarkets nearby and plenty of parks and natural areas, which were perfect for enjoying time outdoors with our baby. Despite the harsh winter, the apartment was always warm and maintained a very comfortable temperature. Whenever we needed anything, Jan and his family were always kind, helpful, and supportive. We are truly grateful to Jan and his family for their hospitality and care during our stay. We will genuinely miss our life in Prague and the time we spent in this apartment, which really felt like home. We leave with wonderful memories and a lot of gratitude. Thank you.

Měla jsem možnost bydlet v tomto bytě a je teda pravda že jsme se loučili s těžkými srdcem 😁☺️ a byla to opravdu moc příjemná zkušenost. Byt je útulný, čistý a najdete v něm všechno potřebné. Největší plus ale byla paní majitelka – vždycky milá, ochotná a kdykoli bylo potřeba, okamžitě poradila nebo pomohla. Díky tomu jsme se tu cítili jako doma. Bydlení můžeme s radostí doporučit všem, kdo hledají pohodlné místo a férový přístup. 🌸 Za nás určitě bude doporučení všude ☺️♥️.
